For over the past 15 years, Ecuador Professional Preparation Program (E.P.P.P.) has established itself as a unique provider of cultural immersion programs for graduate students, mental health practitioners, psychologists, social workers, teachers, and university professors.

The overall mission of the E.P.P.P. are six-fold. Our study abroad programs are designed to enable participants to: (1) acquire or reacquire knowledge and skills associated with Spanish, (2) gain confidence in their use, (3) acquire knowledge of a Latinx culture, (4) acquire knowledge of psychological and educational practices in Ecuador, (5) acquire a personal understanding of Ecuador, and (6) advance the fields of psychology and mental health in Ecuador.
